Katelyn Coulter has been considered a missing person as of Friday, May 18, 2012. An AMBER Alert could not be issued do to legal guidelines however she is considered a runaway by the local Sheriff's Department in Muscatine, Iowa. Katelyn is 15 years old and was last seen with Pedro DeHoyo III (known age 22; nickname Noe) in Muscatine, Iowa. He was last seen driving a white older model Chrysler New Yorker. Information gathered so far indicates specific areas of Texas where either Pedro and/or Katelyn can be located. The area's are the following but not limited to: Donna, Brownsville.

The Coulter family truly loves Katelyn and just want her safe return. They have provided shelter to many children in need and have adopted 15 children, please help them find Katelyn.
